All products are delivered directly to your door by Securispeed. If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days. The delivery will be made between the hours of 9am and 6pm and a signature will be required by our courier. If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange re delivery. Our couriers do not deliver on the weekend or a bank holiday. If we do not have your order in stock, delivery may take up to 15 working days. We will contact you first to see if you would like another flavor or product. REFUND POLICY If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email sales@thehealthhut.ie prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website.
